The first section of the basic solar workshop has ended successfully. The participants were taken through *some basics in electric circuit such as resistor, led, diode. *Full practical training on how to measure voltage – Parallel and current – Serial. *Serial connection of batteries to increase voltage and Parallel connection to increase current. *How to avoid shortcuts- resistor. *Ohms law (R=U/I), soldering exercise, Legal requirements to install PV-system in Ghana and other interesting practicals. At the end of day 5, the participants recognize ‘Solar energy as the BEST energy in Ghana!’
