Lately, next-door neighbors, passerby, hawkers have been using the compound of the Training Centre as their regular route. This is a threat to the property, in terms of theft, encroachment, boundary and easement. The location is already marked with roads so there is no need for anyone to use the compound of the Centre for easement. If care is not taken, very soon we will have neighbors fighting with us over our own property. Again, the installation of Solar Panels needs protection, the computers and every tools inside the Centre stands the risk of theft since passerby’s can easily peep through the windows to see what is really inside which will attract them.
It is for this need that a fence is needed to secure the place.
Currently, the fencing project is underway, pillars have been casted, Main gates already built and work already is in progress.
